Records for the North Wales Cross Country Championship go back to 1955 when AF Bradford, Pioneer Corp won the first championship. We have details of all of the individual championship winners since that date and they are detailed below.
Records also show that the first North Wales Cross Country League races, the first cross country league in Wales, were first held in 1958. Roger Harrison Jones, then of Rhyl and now of Prestatyn won the first race at RAF Valley, Anglesey. Sixty-two years later Roger is competing in the League and Championships.

Roger Harrison-Jones won the first North Wales Cross Country League race at RAF Valley in 1958 in a sprint finish.
